How to Create Glowing Neon Outline Effect in Photoshop

In this Photoshop Tutorial,  we will see how to add or create neon glowing outlines on your images or portraits in a none destructive way, we will start by creating a background and then we will add our image as a smart object, next we will make five copies of our image, so we can create our neon glow first as a base and then we will add the outlines, after that we will move these outlines so it will give that outside lines effect with the same body shape of our image, and finally after applying some basic color adjustments, we will use the same final effect and apply it on any other images that we want using smart objects that we created earlier.
